In 1987, Tony Russo opened a small corner pizzeria in Clifton, New Jersey with nothing but his grandmother's recipes, a wood-fired oven, and a dream. What started as a neighborhood spot quickly became a local legend.
Today, three generations of the Russo family continue that tradition. We still hand-stretch every dough, slow-simmer our sauce from San Marzano tomatoes, and use only the freshest mozzarella. Every pie that leaves our kitchen carries the same love and pride Tony put into his very first slice.
